Uvence is the UK’s first Human Tissue Authority (HTA)-licensed laboratory to offer long-term banking of your own regenerative fat tissue for future aesthetic treatments.

Your own fat is naturally rich in regenerative cells and growth factors. Following a simple micro-liposuction procedure at our clinic, the fat is carefully processed to create nanofat—a highly refined form of your own tissue that is rich in regenerative cells and growth factors.

The remaining processed tissue is then cryogenically preserved at Uvence’s licensed laboratory for future treatments.

Whenever you and Dr Rishi decide the time is right, the required amount of your stored nanofat is prepared and delivered to our clinic. There is no need to repeat the harvesting procedure each time, meaning a single collection can provide a long-term source of your own regenerative tissue for future skin rejuvenation.

Uvence nanofat can be used across the face, neck, décolletage, hands and other parts of the body to improve overall skin quality and health.

Your journey begins with a consultation with Dr Rishi, where we assess your skin, treatment goals and overall health.

• Consultation Dr Rishi will discuss whether nanofat is right for you, explain how your cells are collected, processed and stored, and outline your personalised plan. You will also meet your dedicated patient coordinator, who will support you throughout and remain available via WhatsApp for discreet, ongoing communication.
• Harvesting A small amount of fat is gently collected under local anaesthetic, usually from the abdomen or thigh, in a procedure taking approximately 45 minutes. The site is chosen to suit you. Most patients return to normal activities the same day, with any mild bruising or tenderness settling within a week.
• Processing and storage Your tissue is transferred to the Uvence laboratory, where it is tested, processed into nanofat and cryogenically preserved for your future use.
• Your treatments When you are ready, the required syringes are prepared and delivered to the clinic within 48 hours. Treatment is a straightforward appointment, with the nanofat injected into the targeted areas using fine cannulas, needles or via microneedling. A single harvest typically provides enough tissue for several treatments.
• Results Improvements in skin quality develop gradually over the following weeks and months, with results that are natural, regenerative and lasting.
