BreastTiteâ„¢ is a non-surgical, minimally invasive treatment to lift sagging breasts. It works by heating the skin on the breasts and causing the skin to tighten and lift. The FDA-approved device utilises radiofrequency energy delivered via a thin cannula to heat the tissue to a specific temperature. This heat energy stimulates the production of collagen and elastin to lift and tighten the skin. Using accurate temperature and energy sensing, we are able to monitor the treatment and ensure that we consistently deliver excellent results.

The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic by a consultant breast surgeon, Mr Massi Cariati. We normally recommend one treatment session using BreastTiteâ„¢. The procedure takes around 1-2 hours. For more information, please see the FAQs section below.

If you choose to go ahead with the treatment: on the day of treatment you will be seen by the doctor who will take you through the consent process, answer any other questions you may have, take before-treatment pictures and apply numbing injections into the area being treated.

Once the skin is fully anaesthetised, the treatment will begin. The treatment involves a small cannula being inserted under the skin to deliver heat energy to the treatment area. Normally patients will not feel any pain or discomfort during treatment. The treatment can take 1-2 hours, depending on the size of the area to be treated. During the treatment you can talk and listen to music. If you are anxious, we can provide you with some medication to help you relax.

Yes, having implants is not a contraindication to treatment. However, it is important to discuss this with the surgeon during your initial consultation.

The treatment works best for medium-small breasts. However, larger breasts may also benefit from treatment. Please discuss this with the surgeon during your initial consultation.

Yes, the procedure does not affect the glandular tissue and should not affect your ability to breastfeed in the future. Please discuss this with the surgeon during your initial consultation.

1 treatment is usually sufficient to see a significant improvement in breast sagging.

Around 3-6 months after treatment.

Several years.

During the procedure you don’t feel any pain. Prior to the procedure, the breast tissue is fully anaesthetised with local anaesthetic.

The most common side-effects are swelling, redness and bruising. In some cases, patients may also experience some soreness, tenderness or numbness for several weeks after treatment. These are not permanent and resolve within weeks of treatment.

The procedure is performed by a consultant breast surgeon.

The doctor will discuss your medical history and any steps that you need to take to prepare for the treatment during your consultation appointment. In general, we recommend that you are well-hydrated on the day of treatment and that you are not currently pregnant, breastfeeding or trying for a pregnancy.
