Any treatments booked via the website are subject to the following terms & conditions:
All treatments are subject to assessment by the practitioner and will depend on your suitability for the treatment.
All offers, gifts and discounts are subject to clinic availability as well as assessment by the practitioner.
All treatment courses must be paid in full prior to starting your treatment programme. All treatment courses have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed prior to the expiry date or will be invalid unless you can provide a medical letter to support the extension of any treatment courses.
We have a no refund policy on all treatments and products.
Any deposits made via the website are subject to the following terms & conditions:
A minimum of £100 deposit is taken for all appointments. The deposit can be deducted from the cost of a treatment or product. Where the appointment is complimentary, we will still take the relevant deposit to reserve the appointment at the time of booking, and refund the deposit upon attendance to your appointment.
We require 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment to avoid your deposit being forfeited. This can be arranged by calling us on +44 (0) 7718219145. If you are unable to reach us for any reason, please send a message or email and we will respond as soon as possible. Any bookings made within 48 hours of the appointment date and time are subject to the same terms as described above.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to see you. This is because we aim to ensure that our services run smoothly.
